Exciting New Restaurants In Austin: January 2025

Ever feel like it’s simply impossible to stay up to date on the latest foodie spots in Austin? You’re not alone, my friend! In fact, there is at least two of us in that boat and one of us is going to finally solve the problem.

Recently, I was thinking about this conundrum and had the realization that there was likely a place sharing each and every restaurant opening in Austin on a monthly basis – I quickly ran to my phone to find a publication to keep me updated and found myself searching for a needle in a haystack. How is that possible in a city with countless local magazines, blogs, and foodies?

That being said, I thought it would be fun to do the research myself and share as many new spots as I can find on a monthly basis, beginning today!

Clearly we have a lot of catching up to do, so to kick us off – Here are 10 restaurants new to Austin as of Fall 2024! Let’s start here and check in on a monthly basis from here on out. 🙂
